The Qatar Foundation Annual Research Conference 2018 (ARC’18) offers you an unparalleled platform to showcase your research to a local, regional, and international audience of researchers, innovators, policy-makers, and thought-leaders.

ARC’18 is now inviting applications for exhibition space at the conference. Please see below for criteria and details of how to apply.

Participation Fees
  • Two participation packages are available: Premium and Standard.
  • Organizations and entity members participating in the exhibition must register themselves separately through the ARC '18 website to be able to attend the event.
  • All applications will be reviewed. Selection criteria will be based on quality, written content and, most importantly, relevance to Qatar's national  priorities.
Exhibition Stand Details
  • Each entity is limited to only one exhibition stand.
  • Exhibition booths and displays are all of the same format and size and are provided by the event organizer.
  • All Exhibitors will be allocated a unique booth number.
  • The stand is 3m x 3m. All stands will have three sides closed (none will have two sides open).
  • Custom-built stands are allowed but must be contained within the allocated space and align with the ARC '18 theme.
  • No branding or booth designs placed by the event organizer shall be altered by the participating organizer
Who can participate?
  • Exhibition opportunities are available for entities which conduct research as part of their primary business operations in Qatar, in collaboration with a Qatar-based entity, or supported by a Qatar-based organization. 
  • Exhibitors will participate under one of the four ARC’18 Pillars - 
    • Energy and Environment
    • Computing and Information Technology
    • Health
    • Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities.
